[𝐍𝐎 𝐄𝐗𝐂𝐄𝐏𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒 you agree to this when you book any service] •No shows will be banned from booking• 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐚 𝐧𝐨 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐰? •Not showing up for your appointment. Not calling or texting to say you’re not showing up. Calling or texting the day of your appointment saying you aren’t showing up. If you do any of these you be charged a cancellation fee for cancelling your appointment and you will not be allowed to rebook unless cancellation fee is collected. •$50 retainer fee required when booking full sets. •$25 retainer fee required for all other services. 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐚 𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐫 𝐟𝐞𝐞? •A retainer fee is a fee collected at time of booking to secure appointment. •Retainer fee’s are non-refundable. •Retainer fee is fortified if client no shows or cancels within 48 hours. •NO extra guests. •10 minute grace period. •15+ minutes late = 𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐝 appointment [No refund & cancellation fee will be collected] •Form of payment: 𝙘𝙖𝙨𝙝 𝙤𝙧 𝙘𝙖𝙧𝙙 𝙊𝙉𝙇𝙔 *If payment is made with card, card fee will automatically be applied to total.* •𝐍𝐎 𝐑𝐄𝐅𝐔𝐍𝐃𝐒• •50% of lashes must be remaining at fill appointment. •Clients with less than 40% of their lashes will be charged 𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐥 𝐬𝐞𝐭 𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐍𝐎𝐓 𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐞. •Fills booked past 3 weeks are automatically considered a full set.
